When the showroom locks up for the night, the real work begins. Modern Classic Bespoke is an exclusive, after-hours workshop series hosted inside the service bays of North America’s undisputed #1 Triumph dealer. Built for riders, collectors, and design-minded enthusiasts, this four-part evening immersion puts wrenches in your hands on authentic British and heritage iron—from iconic Triumph Bonnevilles to Royal Enfield twins. Forget dry lectures; you dive straight into hands-on custom tailoring. Alongside factory-trained master technicians who live and breathe motorcycles, you will reshape cockpits, route clean custom electronics, tune stance geometry, and master the engine fundamentals keeping these iconic machines alive. Limited to just six seats, it is genuine shop-floor craft straight from the people who ride what they build.
Session 1: Cockpit Tailoring & Custom Ergonomics
We skip the classroom and start directly at the lift. Working on modern classic Triumph and Royal Enfield platforms, you will strip back factory handlebars to blueprint and mount CNC-machined clip-ons, billet rear-sets, and custom controls. Learn to calculate rider triangle geometry, dial in lever throw, and balance an aggressive retro silhouette with long-distance comfort.
Session 2: Clean Wiring & Micro-LED Integration
Modern classics run sophisticated CAN-bus electronics behind their vintage tanks. In this session, you’ll trace harnesses and cleanly wire micro-LED lighting and custom instrumentation. Master precision soldering, weather-sealed connectors, and discreet loom tucking beneath the tank—delivering a razor-clean custom look without throwing dash fault codes.
Session 3: Stance Geometry & Suspension Tuning
A custom bike’s stance makes or breaks how it handles. Putting bikes on hydraulic tables, you will measure static sag, adjust rider preload, and swap shock linkages. Discover firsthand how altering front fork drop and rear spring damping by mere millimeters changes turn-in responsiveness, high-speed stability, and road compliance.
Session 4: Drivetrain Health & Engine Essentials
Having tailored the exterior, you get inside the mechanical heartbeat. Disassemble and inspect final-drive chains, calculate sprocket gear ratios for punchy low-end delivery, service wet multi-plate clutch packs, and conduct valve clearance checks. You walk away with authentic diagnostic intuition, fluid maintenance know-how, and the mechanical confidence to keep any custom build performing at its absolute peak.

Traditional wrenching courses start with endless slide decks and basic oil changes. We believe the fastest way to understand a motorcycle is to touch what excites you first—the custom styling, cockpit ergonomics, and electrical craft—before peeling back the layers to foundational engineering.
You are not practicing on beat-up junkyard scrap in a trade-school basement.
