- Vetted Hosts: Every Host on Comprendate undergoes a mandatory, multi-step vetting and verification process to confirm their identity, demonstrated expertise, and commitment to our Community Guidelines.
- Zero Tolerance: We actively enforce our Community Guidelines both on and off the platform. Any behavior, including harassment, violence, or scamming, will result in immediate and permanent removal from Comprendate.
- Mutual Respect: We commit to holding both Guests and Hosts to the highest standards of conduct, protecting everyone involved in the in-person learning experience.
2. Our Commitment to Financial Security
We promise absolute transparency and security in all financial transactions, handling all funds so you can focus solely on learning and teaching.
- Secure Transactions: Comprendate processes all payments securely, acting as the sole intermediary to protect the private financial information of both Guests and Hosts.
- Guaranteed Refunds: If a Host cancels an experience, or if the Comprendate fundamentally fails to match the description provided, we guarantee a full and prompt refund as stipulated in our Terms of Use.
- Timely Payouts: We guarantee that Hosts will receive their earned proceeds accurately and in a timely manner following the successful completion of the Comprendate.

- Quality Match: We assure that the reserved Comprendate will be delivered as described by the Host, meeting our standards for passionate, insightful, and safe in-person learning.
