Comprendate Community Guidelines & Professional Standards

Comprendate connects discerning learners with vetted industry authorities for high-caliber, in-person instruction. To preserve a safe, rigorous, and mutually respectful learning environment, all Hosts and Guests are held to the following standards across our digital platform and during in-person tracks.

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate listing suspension, booking cancellation, or permanent account termination.

1. Professional Conduct & Mutual Respect

Every Comprendate track is an environment for focused mastery. We enforce zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment & Discrimination: Any form of intimidation, derogatory language, stalking, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Inappropriate or Explicit Behavior: Sexually suggestive comments, inappropriate advances, or unprofessional personal conduct. All interactions—online and in person—must remain strictly professional and focused on the instructional track.

2. In-Person Safety & Facility Standards

Because Comprendate takes place in the real world, physical safety and professional workspace standards are paramount:

  • Approved Environments: Sessions must occur only in dedicated, secure locations agreed upon during booking—such as verified commercial studios, co-working facilities, established workshops, or pre-approved private spaces.
  • Physical Safety & Compliance: Hosts must maintain clean, safe environments, provide necessary safety gear or briefing where applicable (e.g., athletic arts, physical crafts, technical workshops), and comply with all local health and safety regulations.
  • Zero Tolerance for Violence or Recklessness: Any physical altercation, reckless endangerment, possession of unauthorized weapons, or illicit substance use during a session results in immediate, permanent removal and escalation to local authorities.

3. Parent-Managed High School & Teen Enrichment

Comprendate offers accelerated learning tracks for ambitious high school students under the following safeguards:

  • Guardian Account Management: For learners under the age of 18, accounts must be created, verified, and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Booking & Communication Transparency: All session bookings, schedule adjustments, and platform communications must involve or be accessible to the parent or guardian.
  • Chaperone & Oversight Policy: Parents and guardians have the right to attend initial session orientations or coordinate with the Host regarding on-site visibility and arrival/departure procedures.

4. Host Credentials, Studios & Brand Representation

We actively encourage established professionals and business owners to showcase their authority:

  • Showcase Your Authority: Hosts are encouraged to display their verified business name, physical studio location, media features, and public portfolios on their profile and listing pages.
  • No Unsolicited Solicitation: Hosts and Guests may not use Comprendate messaging to blast unsolicited mass marketing, external affiliate campaigns, or unrelated commercial sales pitches.

5. Financial Integrity & On-Platform Protection

Comprendate manages secure payment escrow, scheduling verification, and dispute resolution to protect both parties:

  • Off-Platform Circumvention Prohibited: Requesting or sending session fees via outside payment channels (such as cash, Venmo, PayPal, or direct bank transfer) is strictly prohibited.
  • Fee Protection: Payments processed outside Comprendate forfeit all platform guarantees, Host cancellation protections, and Guest refund policies.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

High-touch mentorship requires mutual trust:

  • Private Information: Do not publish or distribute private contact details, home addresses, financial information, or personal identifiers in public listing areas or reviews.
  • Proprietary Work & Non-Disclosure: Respect proprietary curriculum, studio trade secrets, and student project materials. Recording sessions or reproducing custom curriculum requires mutual consent.

7. Verified Authenticity & Intellectual Property

  • True Authority: Profiles must accurately reflect your genuine background, credentials, and achievements. Misrepresenting certifications, experience, or business affiliations is prohibited.
  • Original Content: Listings, course structures, and submitted media must be original or used with explicit commercial authorization.
