Session 2: Fueling Your Profit & Cash Flow (90 Minutes) Once we’ve stabilized the “mess,” we move to the offensive. We “blow up” your current cash flow model to find out where you’re losing money on your biggest jobs. You will learn how to read your Profit & Loss statement through a construction-specific lens, identifying the exact levers you need to pull to ensure everyone gets paid—including you.
