Curriculum: The 4-Week Wine Tasting Journey
Session 1: The Varieties Mixer (Prague | 3 Hours) An ice-breaker session at a vibrant local wine bar. We’ll cover the “Greatest Hits” of Czech wine regions, learning to identify the signature aromatics of Pálava and Grüner Veltliner while sharing local cheeses and charcuterie.
Session 2: The “Beer & Bubbles” Expedition (Pilsen | 8 Hours) A group day-trip to Pilsen. We’ll compare the production of world-class Bohemian Sekt (Sparkling Wine) with the legendary Pilsner Urquell beer. It’s a day of contrasts, tradition, and plenty of toasts.
Session 3: Vineyard Hike & Hillside Picnic (Bohemia | 7 Hours) We head to the Bohemian countryside for a light trek through the vines. This session is all about “Terroir in your hands”—we’ll enjoy a scenic outdoor picnic featuring local seasonal ingredients paired with the very wines grown on the surrounding slopes.
Session 4: The Modern Pairing Party (Prague | 3 Hours) Our graduation session! We’ll explore the “New Wave” of natural and organic Czech winemakers. You’ll participate in an interactive pairing challenge, learning how to match local wines with modern snacks, followed by a social awards ceremony.

What is included in my initial reservation?
By default, your reservation secures Session 1 of the Comprendate. To book the full journey as outlined in the Investment section, simply select the additional sessions during the reservation process.
Why am I being charged in US dollars?
While Comprendates take place globally, all transactions are processed in USD. When you pay by credit card, your bank will automatically handle the currency conversion at current market rates.
What is the Community Investment contribution?
A small contribution that fuels the Comprendate ecosystem, ensuring safe connections, quality host vetting, and a vibrant community where curiosity and passion can thrive. The contribution is a flat $12 per booking.
How do I reschedule, cancel, or request a refund?
To reschedule or cancel your Comprendate booking, please message your Host directly. Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance. For additional details, please refer to the Comprendate Promise.
How do I find the meeting location?
Once you reserve a time slot, the Host will send over a welcome message with the precise address and everything you need for a smooth arrival.
